shipping policy
All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3-5 business days to be delivered. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address once your order is shipped.
The Mink Trapp isn’t responsible for any packages once they are shipped.
If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS COMPLETE AND CORRECT. BE SURE TO INCLUDE APARTMENT NUMBERS, ZIPCODE, ETC.
Any packages returned to The Mink Trapp because of incorrect address can be resent, but the customer has to pay the shipping again.

No returns or exchanges. All sales final!
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.
